Join The Cove as a Concierge Primary Care Member

The Cove is dedicated to quality healthcare in invites you to experience more effective and compassionate healthcare. The practice is accepting new concierge members aged 6+ for comprehensive primary care.

Annual membership fees are based on age: 
Founding Adult 18+: $3000/ year 
Adult 18+: $3700/year 
Child Independent (6-17): $1500/year 
Child Dependent (6-17): $500/year 

At check-out, you will be required to pay for one year of membership for the chosen plan. You may cancel after six months with a written 30-day notice and receive a prorated refund if requested and the appropriate notice is given.
